The colors on the website have been edited as best as possible to display an accurate depiction of the true color of the product. However, since the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

Every card is custom made for each order. Therefore, the product may not appear exactly as it is on the site (i.e. print placement and amount of ink on every print) and may have small imperfections. If you are looking for a mass produced card DO NOT purchase our cards.

All cards are final sale, we do not accept exchanges or returns. If you have an issue with your purchase please contact us at info@balenaprints.com.

Most ground orders are processed and shipped via USPS within 2 to 4 business days after your order is submitted. The 2-4 days is based off of production time, as all orders are custom made.
